“I was not prepared at all to buy a house. As a matter of fact, I was pretty satisfied with the house that I was renting. However, the owner also loved the house that I was renting and decided that she wanted to move back in. When I found Joan she assured me that even with a small amount of time that I had to find some place to live that we would be successful and we were!!
